Christy: The wonders of white (an outfit list)

After being horribly rainy on the weekend the weather has thankfully cleared up. I like rain but too much of it is depressing, especially when you're just beginning to enjoy the summer weather.

I think there's something about summer that makes me want to wear white, especially white t-shirts with or without words on them. So for this photo shoot I decided share some of my observations about white shirts.

1. A white t-shirt with jeans is always a summer classic. Some things don't change.

2. White looks good next to the greens and browns of nature.

3. Unfortunately, sometimes bright sunlight can wash out white. Stick to shady areas for pictures.
4. Wearing white can make even the smallest splashes of colour pop.

5. White shirts are good to wear with those hard to match skirts. This purple and blue skirt is always tricky but with this white and black print zebra shirt I feel like a princess.
